Volunteers agree to be bound by the following terms:

Volunteering Requirements:

Volunteers must be 18 years old (limited opportunities for 16 and older if parent or guardian is present). Volunteers are required to always adhere to established safety measures, Volunteers must maintain confidentiality regarding any information learned about the families we are helping.

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the above-named event/project organized by the organization and understand that there may be risks associated with participation, including the risk of injury, illness, or damage to property. Release of Liability:

In consideration of my participation, I hereby release and hold harmless the organization, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may arise from my participation in this event/project.
