SERVE TO HONOR PROJECTS

We served Suzanne and her 5 kids (ages 10-19) on November 28th, 2025, after Joe, her husband and an Army Veteran, died suddenly in on November 10, 2025. Tanya Bradbury heard about this and began to coordinate a project day with friends, volunteers and supporters to help clean up the outside of their 4+ acre rural Johnstown property. What a difference we made in one day we had 80 individual volunteers show up the day after Thanksgiving. In one day, we had 19 trailer loads hauled out and a full trash roll off filled. We were able to load up and remove 500+ tires, 500 pallets, 5000 mini footballs, 40 cubic yards of trash, lots of yard work hauling out 30 cubic yards of branches and yard debris and cleaned out 3 outbuildings and a porch area. Those that were a part of and witnessed a powerful day of impact for this family.

Tina and Beaver, are both seniors and both with health issues. Beaver is a veteran that has had several health issues this last year and had spent six months in a rehab center in the area.  The HOA they live in wrote up their yard as out of compliance and  Ready to Rise Ministries and our volunteer team came in and xeriscaped their yard at no cost to them.
